Clean and generally well-designed. Nice decor and style. Flaws in bathroom: sink spigot loos and hits mirror (very poor water pressure); need grab-bars in bathroom, there are none; toilet super-low and hard to get up (again needs bar). Bed very comfortable. Minor imorovements would make it top notch.

We had a wonderful experience! The room was nice and clean, the staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The elevator was a little iffy, it made noises a lot when we got on that made us a little nervous. But other than that, no complaints.

Unexpected additional fees to stay there, they demanded $10 parking fee to park in their parking lot-no other options around and I am handicapped as well. Needless to say-not pleased at all. No food in the area and couldn't leave to find any or lose spot i parked.

We specifically went to this hotel for the shuttle service to the airport. They didnt have service for our flight. Cell phones did not work on the premises, i couldnt even call my husband in same room. I had to have clerk make arrangements for thd taxi ride. In addition the clerk at 5 am was very rude both to us and to other patrons.
