Guest Access:

We offer self-guided 24-hour check in! Our home is set up with a Schlage lock electronic key pad entry system. We provide you with a personalized code to enter at the door and you're in. This 4-digit code will be yours to use to access the house for the duration of your stay. It's super easy and no keys to lose.



You will have access to everything–from the coffee to the rooftop deck–we want you to feel like this is your home away from home.



The Neighborhood:

Vernon is one of Portland's hip neighborhoods that is located in close proximity to the Alberta Commercial Corridor, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, theaters and awesome food carts! All you have to do is step outside this apartment and you are STEPS to some of Portland’s best dining, drinking and shopping!

--Please note that this loft is located above a 24 hour gym. In our experience, this does not impact the majority of our guests.

--We apologize in advance, but we are firm on our check in and check out times.

-- Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given. Please note photo shoots done without prior consent face penalties of up to $1,000 a day.

-- We have a three-night minimum on the weekends.

-- Please take all perishable items with you. They beckon bugs and critters!

-- Spring and summer is sugar ant season in Portland - please do not leave food on the counters for long!

-- Portland recycles! And we compost, too! Upon departure, please sort through your recyclables (blue bin), compost (green bin), trash (grey bin) and glass (yellow bin) items accordingly.

-- No guest-packages are to be delivered to the house. If you have a package delivered anyway, please note we are not responsible for the well-being of your package, nor are we available to help you track it down. Amazon Locker is a great way to have packages safely delivered!



HOUSE RULES

-- No smoking

-- Check-in time is 5PM - 12AM (next day).

-- We love our neighbors, and try never to impede on their right to a quiet home. Please quiet down by 9pm on the weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. Neighbor complaints will be handled as follows:

- 1st complaint: $250 fine and call to Airbnb. Mandatory Walk-through.

- 2nd complaint: $500 fine, case started with Airbnb, negative review left. Mandatory Walk-through.

- 3rd complaint: $500 fine and immediate eviction.

-- Please consume or take all leftover food. The city of Portland only picks up trash every other week, and food beckons little critters and bugs!

-- To help conserve energy, please turn off all temperature controls and lights as you leave.

-- Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given. Please note photo shoots done without prior consent face penalties of up to $1,000 a day.
