This was our 4th year starting the summer off with a trip to Kennebunk and a stay at the Port inn and Suites. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well kept. We like the coffee and light breakfast items in the morning and the flavored water out in the lobby is such a nice touch. I loved the strawberry/blueberry water! The pool was super clean and well maintained. Another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The staff was very helpful and informative on check-in. They placed us on the first floor which was needed for my traveling companion and our dog. The steps to the parking area felt a little unstable. We would stay here again.

This was mine and my husband‘s first time staying at this property. We stayed three nights in the main building and two nights in the other building and these were two different experiences. The first three days in the main building were cozy and very New England like and the second building we got a water view, which was absolutely amazing. This is very much a family oriented hotel we were surprised at the amount of kids ( we purposely did not bring our kids) but it didn’t take away from our romantic getaway and we will be back! The highlight was the amazing breakfast buffet! Thank you to the staff for making our stay great!

We were disappointed in our stay at the hotel. The room was old and the bathroom door did not close. The biggest problem were our pillows. They smelled of mildew and kept us awake on our second night. The breakfast and pool were very good but I would not recommend this "resort".

I found the room to be very humid, very oppressive; very similar to sleeping in one's basement. I ran the fan (and the AC) all night to make the room bearable. Not surprisingly there were signs of mold in the bathroom. Also, it was hard to find an electric outlet that was working.

Quite noisy since we had a ground floor room with a family with young kids above us . They were running around from 5am and its a wooden floor/ceiling. I would put families on the lower floors.
