walked into our room and it smelled clean and everything looked good. taking a shower and the steam set off the smoke detector had to disable the detector. contacted the front desk and they said no problems they came and took care of it.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms it self needs updates. But rooms and beds are clean. Its across the street from local stores which is convenient. Homeless can be an issue.

Pro: The staff was very nice.
Cons: This is stated to be a "Non-Smoking" facility, but when you walk down the hall it reeked of cigarette smoke to the point my daughter's throat became scratchy. The walls had splattered food and splatters on the wall by the bathroom that looked like blood. The sheets had black burned marks on them, though, you could tell that they were clean.
Would we stay there again...NO! I request my money back!

So let me just say I LOVED the room!! It was so cozy, and the perfect little mini getaway BUT when I checked in the woman at the front desk (larger lady, Pacific Islander possibly) was obvs unhappy to be there, what was DISSAPOINTING tho is she wasn’t wearing a mask, and they had two cups for pens, “dirty” and “clean” and all the pens were in the “dirty” cup and she proceeded to tell me to grab one they’re right there, and when I explained my confusion and was wanting a clean pen, she said “oh all the pens are used....” (aka dirty) and if so why do you guys have two different cups? Cuz it seems like maybe you just aren’t replacing CLEAN ones for the customers, and then before I left I tried to find the stairs because That’s my little “trying to be healthier” thing I do (plus I was curious because they had a “fire exit plan” on the rooms door with no doors marked, and upon searching for stairs I found the end of the hall LITTERED with dog poop, and two empty pill bottles sitting against a window on the same floor. The room ITSELF, was PRRFECT tho-and I have to say the TUBS ARE SO AMAZING! Suuuuuuuper deep and large!! And they have mirrored closet doors which are great because the room is smaller so you always have a mirror you can get ready in (2 full sized mirrors). But yeah if you just wanted a mini Staycation for awhile, this worked perfectly for me-just come and go asap lol

Very clean hotel and a great room. A courteous and professional staff. The complementary breakfast (with the Belgium Waffle) was amazing. I look forward to my next visit.
