My room was close to the automatic front entrance. Since this is a hotel near the airport, guests came in and out of the hotel constantly, I could hear the door open and close at least once every five minutes during my whole stay. The noise was not terribly loud, I could sleep. The towels, drapes, the bottom of the bathroom door and the wall around the older style air conditioner were a bit worn. I could also hear conversations from down the hall. But this did not distract from my sleep. The check in receptionist was extremely friendly and receptive to comments/questions.

My stayed wasn’t great but it was good, im disabled I have a hard time standing in the shower I requested accessible shower but they didn’t respond to my request. so when I checked in and reminded to have a shower accessible they said they don’t have any. I was so scared when I took a shower I almost fall down. Please make sure to have some shower handles in some of your showers, Im sure I’m not the only disabled person who stays at your hotel. Thank you for your service
