The Thomas Delano House offers an intimate, boutique inn–style experience in the heart of Portland.



Enjoy the beautifully appointed third floor loft within a grand historic home, along with shared access to its elegant living rooms, dining spaces, kitchen, and seasonal garden patio. The experience combines the warmth and character of a traditional bed-and-breakfast with the independence and relaxed atmosphere of a private residence.



Your space has four bedrooms, a luxury private bath and large sitting area with 55" TV.



Located on the Portland peninsula, the house is convenient to the Old Port, waterfront, Arts District, restaurants, and breweries. It is an ideal stay for couples, solo travelers, wedding guests, and friends visiting Portland together.





If you prefer to dine in, we can arrange for our private chef to prepare a three course dinner complete with styled table under the pergola or in the sunroom.



Shared amenities on the first floor include full kitchen, living and dining rooms, and outdoor gardens.



The Space:

This suite is located on the third floor, up a private antique staircase.



Keyless access with additional services available such as breakfast, private dining, and use of private gardens during daylight hours.

The home is located between the Arts District and the Old Port district. A unique in-town location with a private feel. Walk to restaurants, shopping, and waterfront activities.



Getting Around:

Everything is within walking distance but Uber is always available.



Other Things to Note:

Fireplaces are not functional and are for decorative use only.



Owner's dog lives on site (kept out of common/guest spaces)



Interaction with Guests:

We will meet you at check in, and are available for additional services such as meals onsite.

Owner resides on site in a separate back part of the home, staff is present daily.
