Not quite as nice as a Hampton Inn but was fine quality and slighty cheaper. Close to airport but no too much plane noise. Breakfast was fine - nothing special.

The room was dingy, the furniture was chintzy, the bed was lumpy with horrible sheets AND there were bugs in the bed so I had to sleep in my clothes on top of the covers. There was no place to hang my pants, no coffee maker. It is an embarrassment for the Hilton brand. The Manager, Allison, was wonderful.

The room was very clean. We love the flooring!! Every other day room service is perfect. Water and popcorn is a great way to say hi. The breakfast tables were often dirty. The pancake maker ran out a few times. I loved having bananas that were ready to eat. Adding more fruit options would be awesome.

Great front desk woman was helpful because she helped be cancel my return trip stay because since I booked from Hotels.com rather directly from hotel chain, I Didnt have the option to do Park & Stay !! I went to a different hotel,Marriott’s Aloft for return stay to park for my return night… they let me pre park and shuttle to airport & back. Tru’s policy cost them… parking fee and a night’s stay…

I needed an overnight place to stay near the airport. Tru was convenient, comfortable, clean, and cost-efficient. The only confusing thing was the entrance. You have to pull a ticket and enter a gated parking area.

We booked to be close to the airport and that was great. You had to use your keycard in the elevator before it would work. We were not told at the desk and there were no instructions in the elevator. The security gate was malfunctioning and the poor girl at front desk seemed clueless. I don't think she had been working long and still needed someone with her. Nice facility, close to airport, but front desk staff was not helpful or courteous.
