We chose neighboring Lake Lugano and Porto Ceresio instead of crowded lake como and we didn’t regret it one second. Luca welcomed us at a restaurant and even hold a table for us since we were 8 people. The apartment and location were perfect. The hospitality from Luca and his family were above and beyond. We really recommend this place and we all want to come back.
La nostra famiglia (2 adulti e 4 bambini sotto i 15 anni) ha trascorso con piacere 4 notti in questo appartamento arredato con gusto. Si vede da ogni dettaglio che qui vivono persone creative; è proprio come nelle foto. Persino i bidoni metallici per la raccolta differenziata sono belli da vedere! La cucina è ben attrezzata (non c’è la lavastoviglie, ma una macchina da caffè tipo Nespresso, un frullatore e un tostapane, tutto sembra nuovo) e in bagno c’è una lavatrice. In ogni camera da letto c’è una piccola TV e un ventilatore (anche se, nelle notti calde e senza vento, purtroppo non fa molta differenza).È bene sapere che il giardino non confina direttamente con l’appartamento, quindi non è così semplice fare colazione all’aperto. C’è un balcone, ma affaccia su una concessionaria di auto molto trafficata.Il punto di forza di questo alloggio è senza dubbio la cordialità e la gentilezza di Luca. Lui (e sua moglie) fa tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio ed è sempre facilmente reperibile su WhatsApp. Anche i suoi genitori, che vivono sotto l’appartamento, sono persone estremamente gentili e ospitali. Complimenti per tanta accoglienza!
Die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam und nett. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles neu renoviert und groß genug für uns sieben (vor allem die Küche als Hauptaufenhaltsraum war wirklich prima).
Rundum fantastisch schöne Landschaft, Berge und der See.
Für uns ein perfekter Platz zum erholen (so sehr es mit fünf Jungendlichen dabei eben möglich ist...)
