This delightful 92 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor and has lift access. However, you must climb stairs to reach the building's entrance.

Designed with modern and inviting spaces, this apartment offers a cozy and stylish retreat. The living area features a comfortable sitting space, perfect for watching TV after a day of exploring. A dining table provides the ideal spot for shared meals, while the lovely balcony lets in natural light, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for both cooking and socialising, featuring essential cookware, cutlery, a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, and a dining table. For added convenience, a washing machine makes longer stays even more comfortable.

The first bedroom is elegantly decorated and includes a queen bed with ample storage. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and additional space to keep everything neatly organized, ensuring a restful and hassle-free stay.

Two bathrooms in the hallway with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Oliveira do Douro, a scenic area in Vila Nova de Gaia, offers breathtaking views of the Douro River and a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Known for its picturesque riverfront, visitors can enjoy relaxing walks along the waterfront while admiring Porto’s stunning skyline. The area is also home to the Serra do Pilar Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with one of the best panoramic viewpoints in the region. For nature lovers, the Parque Urbano de Oliveira do Douro provides green spaces perfect for picnics and outdoor activities.

Beyond its natural beauty, Oliveira do Douro is closely connected to the region’s rich wine culture. Just a short distance from the famous Port wine cellars, visitors can explore and taste some of the finest wines in the world. Traditional restaurants and cosy cafés offer delicious local cuisine, making it a great spot to experience authentic Portuguese flavours. Whether enjoying the views, discovering cultural landmarks, or indulging in regional delicacies, Oliveira do Douro provides a charming and memorable experience.

The property is easily accessible by car. There is free street parking available.

The nearest subway station, João de Deus, is just a 35-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
