We recommend a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end the day beautifully, a dinner at Ribeira with a view of the Douro River and Gaia’s riverside!



You can also visit the beaches of Foz do Douro, which are just 7 km away.

Key collection is made at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros for smoking will be applied.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required to allow entry to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.



We have a transfer service available that will take you to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon request).
