The room was awesome. Great shower and close to transit and dining options. The hotel service and staff are abysmal. We did not receive our VIP room upgrade and staff do not answer questions. Would stay again for the perfect room and great hotel.

The hotel was nice and the staff were helpfull and respectful. check in and out was easy and convienient. The only thing was we were suprised to find that we did not recieve parking on location which was suprising because it did not state that anywhere on the hotel website. Finding parking around the hotel was very difficult and required an additional payment every two hours. Asside from that, the breakfast was good and the rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. If you come without a car I would definintly recomend and if you do, you will need to figure out the parking before hand.
