Parking at the property: in front of the villa DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION Please note that our driving directions are written with kilometre readings. It is therefore essential to reset your odometer as directed below. The kilometre readings given in these directions (shown in brackets) are only for guidance and may not be exact. We suggest that before you set off you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models, press the button until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. Please take care driving on these roads. We suggest you enjoy a leisurely lunch either in the traditional town of Figari or at the marina in Porto Vecchio. You may also wish to purchase a few shopping items before your arrival although a welcome hamper has been provided. Your villa will be available from 4pm From Ajaccio Airport (approximately 3 hours) 1. Leave the airport on the exit road (Route de Campo Dell Oro) and at the main road roundabout turn right onto the N193(T20) towards Corte and Bastia. Follow the N193(T20) for around 2.1km. 2. At the roundabout take the right turn onto the N196(T40) towards Propriano, Sartène and Bonifacio. Stay on the N196(T40) for around 109km passing through Propriano, Sartène and Pianotolli. 3. After Pianotolli you will come to the D859 on your left sign-posted Porto Vecchio, Figari and Sotta. Take this road, which will take you past the turn off for Figari airport. 4. Follow the directions from Figari airport from step 3. From Bastia Airport (approximately 2 hours) 1. Once you have left the airport, after 1.2km you will come to a roundabout. Go straight ahead over the bridge and take the 1st exit on the right sign posted Calvi, Ajaccio and Bonifacio. 2. Continue on this road for 5.8km. At the next roundabout go straight over towards Porto Vecchio. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit to your right sign-posted Porto Vecchio N198(T10). 3. Follow the N198(T10) towards Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio for approximately 120km, passing through Aléria, Ghisonaccia, Solenzara and Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio until you reach Trinité. Go straight over the Trinité roundabout and down the hill to the Porto Vecchio ring road. 4. At the Géant supermarket bear right still following the N198(T10). 5. Continue until the 1st roundabout, with the VW dealership. Take the 1st exit sign posted D368 for Zonza and l'Ospedale. 6. Follow the directions from Figari airport from step 5. From Calvi Airport (approximately 3 hours 30 minutes) 1. Turn right out of the airport. After 3km you will come to a roundabout. Take the 1st exit to your right onto the N197 signposted Ile Rousse. You pass Ile Rousse 20km further on. 2. Continue on this road towards Ponte Leccia. At Ponte Leccia continue southwards towards Corte. 3. Continue until you come into Corte. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the T50 towrds Aleria and Porto Vecchio. 4. Follow this road to Aléria, where you turn right onto the N198(T10) towards Ghisonaccia and Solenzara. About 25km after Solenzara you will pass through the villages of Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio, Lecci and Trinité. Go straight over the Trinité roundabout and down the hill to the Porto Vecchio ring road. 5. At the Géant supermarket roundabout, take the first exit, still following the N198(T10). 6. Continue until the next roundabout, with the VW dealership. Take the 1st exit sign posted D368 for Zonza and l'Ospedale. 7. Follow the directions from Figari airport from step 5. From Figari Airport (approximately 45 minutes; 34.5km) 1. The car park exit is on the right as you face the terminal building. At the exit to the car park bear right to join the road. Follow the road until you reach the roundabout. 2. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction of Porto-Vecchio 3. After about 18km you will pass a Total garage on your right followed immediately by a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit marked Bastia N198(T10). 4. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit continuing to follow the signs for Bastia. Continue straight on passing 3 more roundabouts. At the 6th roundabout, with a VW dealership, take the 3rd exit sign posted L'Ospedale D368. 5. Continue along this road and continue through the village of Palavesa (about 3.5km), past the garden centre, Pepinières, on the right. Stay on the main road for a further 2.5km continuing uphill and into the National Forest. 6. You will come to a small uphill right turn signposted “Feruccio”. (easy to miss so take care!) Take this turning and drive for another 500m. 7. Look for a metal fenced property on your right with a sign “Cabanon” on the wall at the gate. The drive is a very tight reverse right turn, so it’s best to turn around further on in order to get in the gate. The code for the gate is 6851A. The upper large villa is Villa Fiorella.
