Bethell review
We were assured we would be in the crescent building, with a balcony, sea and Spinnaker Tower view. We were not in that building. We were put into the blue building which while the view was still good, we should have been told before we arrived that we were not getting what had been agreed. The apartment was clean but the en-suite shower was unusable as the door is Ill fitting due to the seal, and water would have leaked out. Also the bottom of the shower screen door is filthy with thick limescale. The main bedroom mirror had been taken off the wall for some reason (lots of holes showed where it should have been) and it was just left jammed between a set of drawers and the wall. Only one of the under cupboard lights in the kitchen worked. None of the clocks in the apartment were working. All need new batteries. The WiFi is as slow as dial up so unusable to be honest. All in all it is a nice apartment in a good location but needs some attention and ultimately was not what we had agreed and paid for.
