Great welcome from the reception staff, very helpful & polite. Breakfast did exactly what breakfast needed to do, varied enough for most people to find something they like. Parking in the shopping centre car park which is a short walk to the hotel ( row H is closest to the escalator / lift / stairs ). All in all a great place to stay in Portsmouth.

The rooms are basic but functional, Sound-proofing is poor, however, with "nocturnal activities" and simple conversations quite easily heard. Breakfasts were good and there was plenty of it. The hotel is well situated for the Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays shopping.
