Newly refurbished 2nd floor apartment, hosted by Home from Home Portsmouth. With sea glimpses from the roof terrace it is set in a convenient location a few minutes walk from the beach, offering private off road parking
This apartment has been designed for larger families with a maximum of 5 adults (or 4 single adults), offering a main and 2nd bedroom that can either be a twin or super king and a 3rd bedroom with bunks.

This lovely apartment has open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, leading out on to a roof terrace with glass railings, seating and planting. The hall has plenty of room for coats and shoes, and a washing machine in enclosed cupboard. There are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road Parking for one car is included additional cars are charged

It has a private glass enclosed roof terrace that can be used at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times

We are trying to do our bit for the environment
Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:
Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting)
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don`t throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging.
We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.

Wonderful stay in Portsmouth

This is a lovely property close to the beach and pier and a short ride to the harbor. Jane is an excellent hostess; she met us and made sure we had everything we needed and even provided us a complimentary bottle of wine, pastries, and tea.

Plenty of inside space and off street parking a big plus

Spent three nights while visiting Weald & Downland museum and the historic dockyard. Convenient location with everything required for a short stay. The parking, although pretty tight for the No 3 space, was very convenient.

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles war sauber und so wie im Inserat. Die kleine Dachterasse ist toll. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Schöne Tage in Portsmouth

Diesen Sommer durften wir ein paar sehr schöne Tage in unserer Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und nett eingerichtet. Der kleine Balkon, auf dem man seinen Morgenkaffee genießen kann, wertet die Wohnung zusätzlich auf. Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter von der bunten Southsea-Promenade entfernt. Von hier liegen diverse Aktivitäten, die sich auch für Kinder eignen, fußläufig entfernt. Die Vermieterin Jane hatte uns einen schönen Empfang bereitet und war auch gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.
