Guests will enter the building through the communal front door and main hallway at ground floor level and take the communal stairs to first floor.
The private apartment entrance is at first floor, Guests will have access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.
We operate self check in with a lockbox, we will not be at the property but are available via message or phone for any urgent queries.
This stunning flat is located in the prime Craneswater neighbourhood in Southsea, a short walk from the beach, promenade, Canoe lake, South Parade pier, Highland Road and Albert Road with their large variety of restaurants, shops and bars, as well as many local attractions such as the Southsea model village, natural history museum and Southsea pitch and put. There are also many beautiful individual cafes within walking distance such as the Southsea Beach Cafe and the Tenth hole.
The property is also easily accessible to the main routes in and out of Portsmouth, a short drive to Gunwharf quays and the Portsmouth historic dockyard, The D-Day museum and Southsea Castle, Old Portsmouth and Portsmouth university.
The apartment comes with one free parking space on the driveway in front of the block.
There is also free on street parking with a 1 hour restriction between 11-noon and 6-7 pm 7 days a week.
The apartment is walking distance to Southsea seafront (5-10 minutes depending on your speed) and many local attractions, there are numerous bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk to choose from.
There is also a bus stop at the end of the road (2 minutes walk away) connecting with all major routes around Portsmouth, Fratton Railway Station 20 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away.
There is parking for one car on the drive in front of the building, please leave enough room for access to the path and front door.
Please keep noise to a minimum in the communal hallway and within the apartment, this is a residential area and guests must keep noise down out of respect for our neighbors.
For the same reason no parties or events are allowed, any excessive noise or parties could result in the booking being terminated.
