The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek", a protected natural bay in the south of Rügen.

Tolles Ambiente für Naturliebhaber!
Das Haus hat einen speziellen Charakter, die Wohnungen sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Einzig die komplett fehlenden Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten stören zumindest im Hochsommer den Schlaf! Entsprechend einsichtige Badezimmer sind auch nicht jedermanns Sache.
