Outdoor:

Bangalla sits at the heart of a picturesque rural property, with the residence enveloped by abundant birdlife and native wildlife. Guests can fully enjoy the expansive verandahs, beautiful lawns and gardens, however, for safety and neighbours' privacy, guests are not permitted to enter farm paddocks or approach horses and other animals. Children require supervision at all times due to multiple dams and watercourses on the property, as well as wildlife.

Pool:

Tucked among attractive gardens and mature trees on Bangalla's eastern boundary lies a sparkling in-ground swimming pool with unique rock detailing. Overlooking this tranquil water feature is a premium shaded gazebo with soaring timber ceiling – the perfect spot to unwind by the glittering pool. While not heated, the pool enjoys abundant sunshine throughout the morning hours.

Pets:

Bangalla welcomes pets upon request only, though please note the property is not fully fenced. Small water features including a dam, pond and watercourse are present on the grounds. Please contact our reservations team to discuss prior to booking. Terms and conditions apply.

Parking:

The property offers undercover carport parking for 2 vehicles, with space for 2 additional vehicles along the private driveway. Please note, the garage remains inaccessible to guests.

Bangalla is perfectly positioned in the peaceful hinterland hamlet of Possum Creek, just a 7-minute drive from charming Bangalow village, and 15 minutes from the vibrant heart of Byron Bay.

Amazing house and property

Beautiful accommodation but terrible property management.

We recently stayed at Bangalla Possom Creek for a 3 day weekend. We were a party of 8 women from the same family living across 2 states meeting for a much needed catchup. We didn’t consider any accommodation that did not have a pool. Clearly the pool was a major draw card for this property. However on arrival at 2.30pm Friday the pool was green and full of leaves. We immediately contacted the property manager who promised a pool contractor would be around early Saturday morning. By mid morning when no such contractor had arrived we contacted the property managers again. We were promised he would arrive at 12pm. By Saturday evening we realised there would be no pool use over our weekend and that clearly the property manager had given us the run around. I expressed my frustration in an email and finally received an email apologising with a less than believable excuse the the pool contractor ‘went to the wrong address’. I would add that the house and surrounds were lovely, comfortable beds, chefs kitchen and were most adequate. However at the risk of sounding petty one does expect guest soaps in 5 star accommodation.

Perfect House to relax and spend time with those you love

This property is perfect to spend time with those you love, whilst having your own space. There is plenty of space and enough bathrooms to cater for the numbers the house can hold. A Perfect Stay did indeed make our stay perfect by helping us through a few things that happened, that were completely out of their control. Only down side was the pool pump below one of the bedrooms, but other than that, this house is well equipped to cater for a sizeable group.

Great family retreat

Everything went as planned, no surprises (other than good ones), great location and good quality fittings and fixtures. We could have asked for more for our extended family getaway.
