Back at your stay, fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout overlooking the river. Inside, you will be undeniably comfy amidst the living room's leather seating and smart TV. Steps from here, the stainless steel kitchen makes cooking enjoyable with its full suite of appliances and plentiful meal prep space. Sure to be everyone's favorite spot, the sunroom is a wonderful space to read, chat, and play a board game or two.
As another evening comes to a close, flip on the mini split AC units and throw your clothes in the private washer/dryer for a refresh. You'll get a good night's rest tucked under the soft linens available in both of the bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
