Just a 25-minute drive from Grand-Baie and 35 minutes from Port-Louis, the capital, this apartment is ideal for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. The spacious 250 m² apartment offers a modern, open living space with large bay windows, providing superbe views of the lagoon and easy access to a private 11-meter wide terrace, perfect for lounging or enjoying a cocktail and barbecue.
The property also features a large 20-meter swimming pool and well-equipped common areas, ideal for families or small groups.

The apartment has four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioners and ceiling fans, as well as their own en-suite bathroom.

Two bedrooms offer a view of the sea, with king-size beds (2m x 2m) and televisions.

Two other bedrooms, equipped with queen-size beds (1.80m x 2m), also benefit from high-end bedding.

The bathrooms are equipped with large showers, and one of them includes an outdoor shower for a unique outdoor experience.

A housekeeping service is provided six days a week by two domestic workers, who can also prepare one meal a day. A second meal may be offered in addition (drinks and food not included).
