Magnificent exposed stone facade. This 2-bedroom, 3-bed house is located 8km from the famous Lac d'Oô hike and 11km from Bagnères-de-Luchon. Numerous activities are nearby: thermal baths, skiing (Superbagnères resort), equestrian center, golf, rafting, canyoning, and fishing! Spain is 20 minutes away. This 60m² single-story cottage features a 22m² living area with a lounge area, a dining area, and a kitchen. There is an 8m² adult bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and a 10m² children's bedroom with two 90x190cm single beds (both bedrooms offer stunning mountain views). A bathroom with a shower cubicle and sink, and a separate toilet are also available. Small terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and barbecue. Public parking 20 meters away. The owners' second home is above the cottage. Breathtaking view of the Pyrenees peaks from this charming little single-story gîte, just a 12-minute drive from the winter and summer resorts of Peyragudes and Luchon-Superbagnères!
