Located on quiet, private 5.5 acre estate with swimmable lake, fantastic landscape. Complete privacy, like being in the Adirondacks, but just one hour from NYC. Cottage has high end appliances (Sub-Zero, Miele) with separate road and entrance. Perfect for a getaway from NYC and easily accessible by car or train (Stamford station). Can be combined with Adirondacks in Westchester 2 to provide an additional bedroom in a separate building to accommodate a total of four guests. Excellent wifi.
Other things to note
Cell phone coverage is non existent, but guests can use cell phone via internet. Small pets are welcomed; please ask in advance if you have a large pet (over 40 pounds) or multiple pets. NOT INTERESTED IN EXCHANGES TO NEW YORK CITY.

This location is gorgeous! I could just sit on the porch all day and look out at the trees, stream, and lake. It was a perfect get away from 2 days.
Stayed 3 nights in Mar 2024
