Stunning home backing up to the 9th tee box of a private golf course. Located just 2.4 miles from the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village, Columbus Zoo, Zoombezi Bay and 4 miles to Polaris Mall.
Over 5100 sq ft of living space with an open floor plan, 3 king suites each with its own bath. Down stairs features a queen bedroom with full bath. Sleeps 8
Step down stairs to the amazing early 1900's pub room featuring a custom 22ft live edge wet bar with (2) 65" flatscreen tv's, pool table, ring toss and surround sound.
Outside there is a beautiful paver patio with a large gas grill. The entire 1st floor was newly renovated in 2024 with all new appliances, wall coverings and carpet. We are proud to have hosted PGA Golf Professionals, Corporate Executives and their families and folks coming in to enjoy this beautiful area. We look forward to hosting you for your Columbus Stay! The hospitality was over whelming, We have never stayed anywhere that provided drinks in the refrigerator and access to the pantry. every aspect of this experience was above our expectation. there was 8 of us that stayed on site and our 4 grandchildren joined us for dinner and games with plenty of room
