Dear Robert, the check-in instructions have been sent according to the booking policy before the check-in time. I'm very sorry that the booking agent didn't send you a message and it's our fault. Unfortunately, the agent does not provide contact details to the guest. I just want to add that he didn't have a reservation number for identification himself.
