The Space:

The flat, finished in an elegant style, can accommodate 4 people on an area of 39 m2. The interior consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. From the living room there is access to the balcony, where you can sit on the comfortable armchairs and let yourself relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The kitchen area is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, allowing guests to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Both the kitchen area and the living room are furnished with white furniture, which, combined with gold elements, create a coherent composition, giving the interior a classic and modern look. The facility's space is functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. Amenities include multimedia equipment (flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi). In addition, an iron, ironing board, hoover and washing machine are available in the flat. The bathroom has free toiletries, a towel and a hairdryer. The flat comes with a private parking space on a platform in the underground garage. Pets are allowed in the flat for a fee of 100 PLN per stay.

The Neighborhood:

At the same time, access to the centre is very easy as Poznań offers a well-developed public transport network. There are bus stops just around the corner, and the journey to the heart of the city by both bus and car takes about 20 minutes. Poznań offers numerous attractions such as museums, walking tours, music clubs and much more!

The immediate neighbourhood has a fully developed infrastructure catering for all daily needs. Across the street from the building is the Poznań Plaza shopping centre, which offers a large selection of different shops, atmospheric restaurants and cosy cafes. When it comes to entertainment, the cinema located in the shopping centre is a good idea. In addition, the nearby Victory Estate Park is the perfect place for a morning jog or an evening stroll in nature. Guests also have access to a private parking space in the garage (max. car height 2 m).
