We were not given the apartment shown in these pictures and the one we were given was not nice at all. We requested an additional night after the initial booking and were told yes, that was no problem. What they failed to tell us is that by adding an additional night, we would no longer be able to stay in the apartment listed, but would rather have to stay in a different one. It was never communicated to us that this was the case, so imagine my disappointment when we walked into a run down apartment with blown out lightbulbs, no paper towels anywhere, a broken dryer that wouldn’t dry clothes, and a broken elevator the first day we were there. No partial refund was offered for the broken elevator, even though the apartment is on the very top floor and 10 flights of stairs was a lot for my aging parents. When I asked about why we weren’t given the apartment we requested, I was initially ignored and then had to ask again to get a response. I also found it interesting how this apartment was only 130 Euro for an additional day but the one I was supposed to be in was 190 Euro per day. I wasn’t offered a refund for that either. Overall, unprofessional and NOT what I paid for.
