The reception, restaurant and breakfast staff was very nice. The breakfast was amazing and the service too. Hotel location was great and it was very clean. A few minutes walk to the main train station.

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very courteous. Visited in December for the Christmas markets and to see Prague Castle. We used the Metro to save some steps on the way to Prague Castle, but we were able to easily walk everywhere else! Metro station was one block away. The restaurant attached to the hotel was the perfect place for an evening beverage to recap the day then head up to the room. Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodate!

The overall condition of the hotel room was not up to the expected standard. The room appears outdated, with old television screens, and I was provided with a very small single bed despite having notified in advance that I required single beds. In addition, there is no proper lighting control system for the room lamps, which must be turned on and off manually, causing inconvenience.
