Stayed here 4 times in the past 6 months and there’s a reason I return; excellent quality of rooms, professional customer service by all staff, plus the hotel smells amazing. The eco initiatives are splendid too and encourage conscious stays.

This property was amazing, the hotel was in a perfect location with access to trams, buses and trains literally on your doorstep - in fact, there were multiple occasions where we walked out of the hotel and straight onto our bus within seconds! The hotel did their best to accomodate our requests and we even extended a night and kept the same room upgrade! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, housekeeping was prompt and did a great job, the hotel smelled lovely as strange as that may be to say haha! They have a huge supermarket just opposite too! We didn’t opt for breakfast as there are too many lovely brunch spots in Prague but I would definitely stay here again :)

Lovely stay with Botanique Hotel for my husbands birthday, we came back to our room to a bottle of bubbly and well wishes. They also allowed us to check in early and leave our bags on our final day until our evening flight.

Lovely hotel - walkable to everything in Prague. Exceptionally clean with a supermarket and tram stop across the road. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague!

Lovely hotel with really nice staff. Very modern and well located. Everywhere was spotless. Would happily stay here again. Early check in, birthday Prosecco and luggage storage were much appreciated. Literally the only thing I would change is the TV, very limited English channels and no wifi access on the TV so couldn’t watch Netflix etc.

All amenities were provided for, and for anything else, there are shops and restaurants around that can be easily reached on foot in a matter of only minutes. I loved how quiet it was at night especially. Very respectful and helpful staff and service, I wish that I could have stayed much longer than what I had originally planned.

This hotel gives me several reasons to return from the convenience of being close to the Metro, the eco-friendly stance, the consideration for amenities in rooms, to the comfort levels and amazing customer service. Will be returning for a 4th time in as many months.

Excellent hotel - close to station and a short walk to restaurants and the centre. Hotel staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a buffet breakfast which has lots of choice and the onsite bar and restaurant offer excellent food and drink selection at a reasonable price
