The room was not up to standard, the bed linen was dirty, the walls are filthy and dirty, there are holes on doors and walls, there is mould on the ceiling, strange loud noises in the apartment from the fridge or something, the room was very hot and air conditioning didn’t work and even when we had it on it was very loud.
We didn't sleep at all that night, it was awful.
On the night of the 28th, I spoke with the night staff and explained everything.
I asked could we change room or please get a refund and he was very nice and polite and mentioned to speak with the manager the following day.
The next morning I spoke with the manager and he was rude, aggressive and abrupt.
I was trying to explain the situation and he wasn't helpful at all, he wasn't willing to fix any of the issues that I mentioned. He was being very aggressive, rude and abrupt and when I asked him why he was being aggressive he started laughing at me.
After all this, we decided that we were leaving the hotel after only staying one night instead of 4 nights.
When we were checking out the manager was very rude and abrupt again.
He didn't even try help us out or or say sorry, absolutely nothing.
He was just smiling at us and laughing.
Awful experience, stay well away from this hotel.
