Our stay was 10 days. We had two issues during our stay. Air conditioning was very sporadic and despite having the hotel address our thermostat twice the room stayed stuffy 90% of the time. Our bathroom was designed Auto CAD but functionality was poor and bathtub/shower a serious accident waiting to happen by design. If you have ANY mobility problems please ASK about the bathroom in your room.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all sites. The staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was very good - lots of variety and a great omelet station.

No complaints. Good location, staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast options were decent. The room was clean and spacious. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because I’m comparing the aesthetics of this hotel with 5 stars in far East Asian which are a lot more opulent.

This hotel was amazing! The room was great and large, and customer service was polite and helpful. The hotel is situated in an area that is close to main attractions in Prague and transport was within easy reach too. We had no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend.
