The staff was always friendly, any time we had questions or needed information, they were knowledgeable and happy to help. I had an early flight, and the staff not only helped book my ride to the airport, they also packed me a take-away breakfast since I was leaving before breakfast started. The dining area was spacious and open with an amazing view and a nice assortment for breakfast. The common spaces were clean and unique. The hotel is central to so many restaurants and bars, and close to the public transport stops which made exploring the city easy and stress free. Only minor inconvenience was there was not iron available, but overall a great location. Would definitely come back!

They originally tried to put us in a room that was dramatically different than the one we had seen online (i.e., "bait and switch"). When we complained, they moved us but originally tried to charge us more. In general, the staff was okay. If your request was easy, they were pretty good. If it was more involved, they weren't great problem solvers unless they were pushed. There was one woman on the breakfast staff who was not good and needs to go back to customer service school. Overall it was an ok hotel -- not great, but also not terrible.
