One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The room was kept immaculate. All modern furnishings. A staff that was extremely helpful at any hour. The staff deserve special mention because of their sincere friendliness. Every one was fluent in English; many were fluent in other languages. The free breakfasts were nothing short of spectacular. More choices than we’ve ever seen before, and more free items available on a menu - and all delicious. A perfect location too: very short walk to Old Town Square, but far enough away to be quiet. I can’t think of a single negative thing about this hotel.

It is true that our hotel has an exquisite location, most of the main attractions in Prague are walking distance from us.
