I loved the quiet well appointed room. It had everything that u could want in a room. The staff were all super helpful and professional. The sauna was great but the highlight was the incredible breakfasts.

The hotel manager, Tomas is wonderfully accommodating. He was very kind and upgraded me to the large family apt on the 4th floor. The hotel’s location on the Mala Strana has excellent restaurants in the vicinity and one can stroll in the Kampa park or along the river’s edge, which is only two blocks away. The tram stop Uzjezd is across the street which whisks you to any part of the city. You can’t beat the location - Prague 1!

At check-in I tried politely to ask if that was all (well knowing that at the confirmation there was a bottle of sparkling wine included in the rate - and also a "wellness/spa") After asking why I sis not get the wine - I got it. I suggest you to change the wording so it is clear that wht is included is admittance to the sauna. BTW - the oven in your sauna is very poor - and takes far too long time to heat up! Service in your Bar is almost non existing - I told it to the young man in the reception - and he just replied that the bartender will come in some minutes! I got one drink - but did not have the patience to wait once again for a 2. drink! When I came to breakfast room and gave my roomnumber - I was quite unfriendly asked if I had paid for the breakfast. It could not go to my bill afterwoods as normal praxis at other places.

Great location

The location is excellent. Not super busy but very accessible by foot or tram and plenty of variety in restaurants nearby. My only gripe would be that we could hear some furniture moving (like chairs and tables being dragged) at pretty much all hours in the morning from 6a over the course of 5 days. The sauna service was a nice amenity.

Excellent room with plenty of space and all the amenities needed. There was a good selection for breakfast. The service in the bar was superb and a great additional benefit to the hotel.

We absolutely loved the hotel and the room we had. Very cozy, great area (excellent restaurants around and close to the Charles bridge but away from the hordes of tourists), and an excellent, spacious room where everything worked. The service was just as good as was breakfast. When we come back to Prague, this will the #1 hotel for consideration.
