Fabulous located hotel full of charm

Our fourth stay in Prague this is ideally located in the main square of the old town. The hotel has great charm and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. There is a fabulous cellar cocktail bar and rooftop terrace for drinks or breakfast (not included). Exceptional stay and good value. The only drawback is the clock 'chimes' every hour, throughout the night.

This hotel was right in the center of the main square. It was a very busy area. This had both advantages and disadvantages. It was pretty noisy at night and 2 of the 3 rooms we rented had broken AC. Our room was nice and cool thankfully. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The staff was ok, not super helpful or friendly. As we were checking out, a man that carried our luggage down asked me to give them a review and then proceeded to take my phone to make sure I gave them 5 stars. This was not ok. However, since we were on our way to the airport I couldn't do anything at the time. Overall I think it's a good hotel and the rooms are nice. If you're looking for something right in the middle of the action, this is it.

Amazing hotel and centrally located

This hotel was so beautiful inside and out. The restaurant didn't have air conditioning but has a great outdoor patio on the ground floor that is lovely. The rooms are amazing and reasonably priced. And air conditioned! Did not love the restaurant on the rooftop. Beautiful views and food is okay, but the restaurant hostess was judgmental as we were not dressed like "influencers" since we were staying at the hotel.

I really wish that I could give this hotel a 10. It is a beautiful hotel—lovely décor in the hallways and room, flowers, great bathroom with nice shampoos and lotion and a face cloth, comfortable bed, robes and slippers, nice terrace and plaza restaurants. Fabulous location. However, we had no WIFI. First, I was told that so many people in the bar and restaurants were using it that it was overloaded. But when I couldn’t sleep at 4 in the morning and wanted to read from my phone so that I didn’t wake my husband, there still wasn’t WIFI. We had to go to reception to download maps and I had some work e-mails that I needed to respond to. The 3 people that I spoke with in reception were not even apologetic.

An excellent location in the heart of everything. This is both a blessing and a challenge. One elevator in constant use, mostly by those going to the bars or Terrance. Most aren’t hotel guests. The two restaurants serve good food. The location directly across from the astronomical clock means lots of nearby traffic. Our room ac did not work the entire 4 days there. On the third day someone brought us a fan, which helped —-some. If going during a heat wave demand proof the Carrier wall unit works. The location is near everything in Old Town.

Perfectly located. Couldn't find a better spot. Black Angels bar is a must visit, the drinks are second to none. Rooftop restaurant has the best views of the square. Loved it!

Omg the breakfast was good the location is amazing!! can not get any better the outside restaurant for people watching was also super nice. The checking in and just overall service was good. The room was clean and large rooms kinda amazing for European standards. Will stay at this hotel in the future room was 66 great views.

Wonderful space in the center of Old Town

We really enjoyed our stay dispite the room being right next to the line of guests waiting for a rooftop restaurant table. Because we were jet lagged and couldn’t sleep with the noise outside the hotel changed (and upgraded) our room. This was wonderful and we slept very well. Staff were friendly and had great recommendations for dining- don’t miss The Deer! We will come again
