Wonderful space in the center of Old Town

We really enjoyed our stay dispite the room being right next to the line of guests waiting for a rooftop restaurant table. Because we were jet lagged and couldn’t sleep with the noise outside the hotel changed (and upgraded) our room. This was wonderful and we slept very well. Staff were friendly and had great recommendations for dining- don’t miss The Deer! We will come again

Such a unique hotel, well recommended.

What a truly magnificent stay in such a unique hotel in the centre of the Old Town, Prague. We loved our stay here. The location is unbeatable and so close to many tourist attractions. The people who work here genuinely took care of us, the room was spacious, comfortable and always beautifully cleaned. This is very well recommended.

The Hotel is old and not accessible by car, valley is very expensive and you need to carry luggage for long distance. Also I booked the hotel for 3 Days and realized can’t stay the last (3rd) day but they refuse to credit me although it was 48 hr notice!?

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay at U Prince! We only wish our trip was longer! We had a lovely view of the clock tower, a comfortable two floor room for us with our daughter, and the staff was extremely helpful when we left an item behind. I highly recommend staying at this lovely 12th century hotel that is full of old world charm and current amenities.

This is an incredibly beautiful hotel in the old town pedestrian only square. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Staff are amazing. Rooms clean. Bathroom large. Rooftop restaurant/bar is a must visit and drinks in the basement bar are a memory we will never forget. Square is a bit noisy at night (sounds echo). Wish I was still there!

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

Stayed in a Junior Suite and it was breathtaking, the decor, the building itself, the view! This hotel is right on the Old Town Square pretty much opposite the Astronomical Clock. A great base, comfortably walked to all the main landmarks within 30 mins and most within 20. Incredibly clean and the staff all very welcoming and helpful. Made use of the round trip taxi service which was perfect, drivers were pleasant and on time, no issues whatsoever. Food at breakfast was fantastic with a good selection, there was fresh fruit, continental meats, granolas, cooked breakfast, and pastries and cakes - we tried almost all of it and all so tasty. We had some panels in the parquet flooring in our room missing, only small and not enough to mar the room at all. Hotel was incredibly warm in all areas both the rooms and shared spaces such as corridors and restaurants. Both the Terasa and the Black Angel’s bar were worth a visit, very good indeed.

Good hotel with old world charm within yards of the old town square and the astronomical clock. Most main sites are within easy walking distance. The room was large and there was a good selection of hot and cold choices for breakfast. My only complaint was the Internet was intermittent or non existent in our room on the 3rd floor , I did raise this with the reception but they were unable to solve the problem
