Brilliant hotel with everything you need.

Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the hallway but perfect for travellers who don't mind this! I would definitely stay again.

It has been the worst experience I have had in my life, and I am 49 years old. From the moment we arrived, the front desk was not welcoming. They gave us a room on the top floor of the hotel, literally in the attic, with windows in the ceiling that couldn’t be opened and a broken air conditioning unit. Additionally, the carpets were dirty, and getting to the fifth floor was an ordeal, as it required using two tiny elevators that barely worked. I had to leave and move to another hotel. They have not refunded my money yet. What they advertise on Expedia does not reflect how it looks in real life. DO NOT STAY HERE!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Metropolitan Old Town First time in Prague. From the moment we checked in, the staff set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The facility itself was spotless throughout, with our room arriving immaculately clean and remaining that way. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully presented, which speaks volumes about the hotel's standards overall. The accommodation was exactly as described. The room matched what we expected perfectly, with comfortable bedding, ample space, and all the amenities you could ask for. It is always reassuring when a hotel delivers precisely what it promises, and this one did without question. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of hot and cold options, fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, quality cheeses and cold cuts, and excellent coffee. There was genuinely something for everyone, and we looked forward to it every morning. If you are visiting the Old Town area, Hotel Metropolitan is an easy recommendation and we will be back without hesitation.
