great hotel but not as convenient as we thought.

Pros: room was very large as well as bathroom.
Cons: thougt the reception staff could be more attentive and alittle more frindlier
Location: was some what disappointed as to where it was located. the tram pickup is about a 10 minute walk and then 10 minute tram ride to attractions .
the hotel itself was very nice. room was large and very comfortable.front desk was not as friendly as I thought it should have been. they were professional but did not go out of their way to make guests that welcome.

Nice little hotel not too far off the beaten path.

Nice hotel - not the Ritz, but certainly comfortable. The staff was helpful. And the rooms were adequate. The concierge was very helpful - she hooked us up with tours, maps, transportation, directions, etc. I recommend it. The price was definitely right.
