The room we were given was definitely not showing in their advertising, 3rd floor up about 90 steps, very basic room with possibly the worst beds I have ever slept in, mattress was about 3 inches thick, may as well have slept on the floor, in the middle of knowhere, I know it was cheap but never again.

The room isn’t clean properly, the facility is old, our room door doesn’t work well. The reception team isn’t welcoming. They treated us with condescension. Small clean garrett room. 4th floor walk up. Mini fridge. Quiet place and I actually had a great view of the sunset from my ceiling window things that opened. AC wasn't activated yet, but they gave me a fan and it cooled off a lot once I figured out how to open the ceiling windows.
