The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the dining area, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining. A separate WC is also located on this level. Direct access from the living area leads out to the garden and swimming pool, enhancing the sense of space and connection with the outdoors.

On the upper floor, you will find 4 bedrooms arranged to suit a variety of group configurations. 3 of these rooms are each furnished with 2 single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The fourth room features 1 double bed and benefits from a private en-suite shower and WC. A further bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bath, shower, and WC, serving as the second of the 2 bathrooms available in the property.
