This stylish high end apartment is new on offer since early January 2019!
The whole apartment was renovated extensively in 2018 and fitted with everything a demanding traveller would expect from a modern apartment, while being located on the 3rd floor (4th in US standard) in a quiet, upscale historical building right on Prague's famous Wenceslas Square.
The apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with open plan kitchen, all grouped around a central hallway.
The house is a classical, extra high ceiling upscale structure from the year 1900, with beautifully renovated ceilings, walls and staircase in the public spaces. The house has an elevator – please note that half a flight of stairs is required to get to the elevator entrance, which makes this apartment less suitable for people with limited mobility.
The whole apartment is fitted with floor heating underneath the beautiful, handmade wooden parquet floors. Broadbank wifi is available throughout the apartment and this is free of charge. In this apartment, pets are unfortunately not allowed, and the whole apartment is stricytly non smoking. Upon request we provide a baby cot, baby bath and high chair. Both this service as well as the actual stay of our guests up to 3 years old is free of charge.
The living room has a modern open kitchen with all the kitchen equipment you'd expect: stove and oven, dish washer, microwave, water cooker, and a French press coffeemaker. We provide you with Lavazza coffee, a selection Ahmad and Teekanne tea, sugar and coffee milk. For guests that like to cook a dinner in the apartment: we provide pots, and a range of kitchen utensils. Additionally, olive oil, balsamico, and a range of herbs and spices are there for you to use.
The living room is also fitted with a large dining table that comfortably seats 6; a sofa corner; and a flatscreen tv with many multi lingual channels.
The master bedroom is fitted with a 180x200cm bed including good, new mattresses, and a wardrobe with ample hanging and shelf space. The room itself is spacious and quiet.
The second bedroom offers two 160x200cm beds, which makes the total number of guests in this apartment 6 (plus baby). the second and third bed are made upon request.
This apartment has two separate bathrooms: one with a bath, and one with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms offer a toilet and a sink as well. We provide bathrobes, towel sets for all guests, and high quality locally produced shower gel, soap, and shampoo, by the renowned Czech brand Manufaktura.
We know our way around town very well and will be happy to provide you with airport transfers ranging from a regular driver to actual limo service, as well as restaurant reservations or recommendations, guided biking and walking tours, guided visits to landmark spots out of town, or anything else you’d like to explore while visiting this beautiful city.
