Amazing Stay, we had an amazing time

The House is beautiful and nicely decorated. the kitchen is fully equipped, great back yard and many games in the game room, the jacuzzi was a great plus and we all gather around the fire pit. We loved the place amazing location and we will be happy to return back again.

Amazing Stay , perfect weekend getaway

We just returned from an amazing weekend. this is our second time in Prattvilla and we can't wait to return back in the summer. Gal was the best host that answered us immediately , the house is full with games and fun things to do, we enjoyed the jacuzzi after our ski day and sat by the fire pit. perfect stay.

A lovely getaway

Pratt Villa was a great place to stay for a long fall weekend with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house is very comfortable and well appointed, the backyard with the deck, hot tub, and fire pit was a big hit, and having several spaces large enough for everyone to sit was great. We’ll be back for another stay!

Perfect weekend getaway

This property was everything I’d hoped it be! Great location for skiing and enjoying the mountain air. Wonderfully clean and organized, you know exactly what you are going to get when you stay here. The amenities (especially hot tub) were a highlight for our family. Stay at the villa and you will for sure be taken care of!

Amazing House Perfect for our family

we had a great time in this beautiful house. it was beyond our expectations, its beautifully decorated , very clean and we enjoyed the Nespreso machine and the game room with the billiard table and many other games. we loved the jacuzzi in the evening the fire pit and the outdoor BBQ. great memories and we defiantly will be back for Ski Season.

Amazing and Perfect stay. second time in Prattvilla

We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year.

Successful guys' weekend away

Very cool house in a quiet area. Beautiful property and big enough yard for long-distance frisbee throws. Nice hot tub and firepit with firewood included. Plenty of games, TVs, and distractions to keep 9 guys occupied. The few negatives were fairly minor---the bunked beds were a little too rickety for an adult male but the couches were plenty comfy for overflow sleeping. The dishwasher was totally clogged with old food but worked fine after we cleaned it out (and re-washed the dishes and pots and pans which were fairly dirty as a result). Also, oddly had very few cups that were not wine glasses. Overall a nice place and we would stay again. However, I recommend that they consider finding a new cleaning service...

Beautiful Home & Property and Fabulous Host!!

I actually was not present for the weekend as I rented it for my daughter's surprise bachelorette party weekend for 8 women! The host/owner, "Gal", was uber responsive to my other daughter's and her co-maid of honor's requests, very accommodating in permitting certain requests, and overall pleasant and professional! We were a bit nervous about not getting the home access code until that very morning, but no worries there as Gal did get it to us then. Also, and remember that I wasn't there, my daughters told me the home was gorgeous and actually much more spacious than the photos suggest, and that the hot tub and Adirondeck chairs around the fire pit such a great spot to talk, laugh and dance! The property and home were very clean and I'm told by my daughters was left that way as well. They made memories to last a lifetime and so enjoyed their stay. Thank you Gal!! :)
