Studio Apartment Varoš, with a size of 35 m², is ideal for two people. Located in a quiet area, it offers the perfect combination of comfort and functionality. Guests also have access to a spacious private 25 m² outdoor terrace – a perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening.



The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven with electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine.



In the sleeping area, there is a double bed (1,40m wide), while the living area offers a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and all necessary amenities.



The pool in the yard is shared with the main building, which houses one apartment (2+1), and is available to all guests for relaxation during warm days.



The island of Ugljan is perfect for both active and relaxing holidays. You can explore numerous walking and cycling trails, visit local viewpoints, charming villages, and small churches, and enjoy the crystal-clear sea. Beaches on Ugljan – whether pebbly, sandy, or rocky – offer something for everyone, from family fun to hidden coves for peace and quiet.
