The complex consists of two houses and a courtyard, where up to 13 people can enjoy an authentic style of living without sacrificing the benefits of a private pool, and is lovingly decorated to reflect the traditional style of this region.

On the first floor of the first house you will find an open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Three further bedrooms, two bathrooms and a summer kitchen are located on the second floor.

The second house is slightly smaller. Here, the first floor also consists of a cozy open-plan living and dining area with kitchen. A WC completes this level. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the second floor.

The highlight of the villa is certainly the private courtyard, where there is not only the pool in the garden, but also an outdoor dining area for up to 12 people, a charcoal barbecue and an operational bread oven. Furthermore, the courtyard has an extremely charming outdoor seating area, which literally invites you to unwind and end the day with a nice drink... Have we whetted your appetite? As it has the only ferry port on the island, it is also the main transportation hub of Ugljan. The beautiful nature of the island with its olive groves, vineyards, macchia, forests and sandy and rocky beaches makes Ugljan a paradisiacal vacation destination. In Preko you can admire the typical Dalmatian architecture. For example, visit the Romanesque church of St. John the Baptist from the 12th century or the ruins of St. Michael's Fortress from the 13th century. The ferry takes you to nearby Zadar, which was already a settlement in Illyrian times, in just 30 minutes. Discover the rich cultural heritage and sights such as the Sea Organ and the "Greeting to the Sun" light installation.
