Red Door Cottage is a perfect location for sightseeing in “Everybody’s Hometown.” This sweet cottage features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and family room. The home has been renovated while keeping the quaint features of the historic home and neighborhood intact. As soon as you walk through the red door you will feel right at home, the cottage features original wood floors and cool blue tones throughout. Red Door Cottage is walking distance to Acker Park and hiking trails.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. The quaint sitting area features a sofa, loveseat, smart Tv, a desk and fireplace.

Family room: This room features a sofa, Smart Tv and a dining table. The kitchen space is open to the family room allowing guests to prep meals and visit with each other.

Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven.

Bathroom 1 : This full size bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

Bathroom 2: This bathroom is located off the master bedroom. It features a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp. The bed offers drawers for belongings. There is a clothing rack and luggage rack available for additional storage space.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a full size bed, bedside tables and dresser. The closet offers additional space for belongings.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a queen sized bed, bedside tables and lamps. The closet offers additional space for belongings.

Laundry room: The laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen. Amenities are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE
The back deck allows guests a quiet place to take in the Arizona sun while enjoying their morning coffee or afternoon tea. There is a propane grill for guest use. Stairs allow guests access to the backyard.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. This fee will be requested through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

PMI Northern Arizona may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.
STANDARD HOUSE RULES
•     No parties or events allowed without prior consent.
•     No smoking Allowed.
•     No pets allowed without prior consent.
•     No unregistered guests allowed.
•     Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
•     Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
