We have stayed twice in this rental, both times for two nights. What we like is that it is very close to downtown Prescott. The house itself is great for short stays where you will be using it as a "home base" as we did - mostly eating meals out, spending most of your time out and about. The kitchen is fine for a simple breakfast, but it has limited dishes, mixing bowls, baking pans, etc., if you want to cook something more substantial. Also, there is no grill in the small backyard (which is pretty noisy as Gail Gardner is just over the wall...but inside the house, it is quiet).For our purposes, the house is good - it's very clean, the beds are good, everything works the way it should. I would not recommend it for a long stay, but for a short getaway, it beats the heck out of a hotel, and the location really is great, which is why we have stayed here twice!
