We recently stayed at this property for a trip to Prescott and overall would rate it as average. The location was definitely one of the highlights, as itâs very close to downtown Prescott and made it easy to explore the area. We also really enjoyed the shaded outdoor patio space, which was relaxing and comfortable.The bed itself was comfortable, but the studio felt very cramped due to the amount of built-in storage throughout the space. While the kitchen had basic essentials like plates and a microwave, the plates provided were not microwave-safe, which made reheating leftovers inconvenient.There were also a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed. The ice trays in the freezer had small hairs frozen into the surface of the ice. In the bathroom, several fixtures including the towel rack and shower handle kept coming loose and need to be more securely installed.Overall, the property felt like it had been renovated or furnished with cheaper materials and finishes, and for the price, we expected a bit more value and attention to detail.
