Please note: 3 steps in garden. This property has a natural water supply via borehole. The track to this property is rough and steep, low cars may struggle with the track. The owners take their Corsa up each day with no issues. This well-placed detached property is perfect for exploring all that Mid Wales has to offer enjoying lovely views with a private hottub which is undercover meaning guests can enjoy it in all weather, and the beautiful Offa’s Dyke walking trail which is 177 miles long and is situated close by. Located just 4 miles from the popular town of Kington which has a great mixture of cafés, restaurants, and local shops for guests to enjoy. There is also a golf course which is one of the highest in England and Wales, with views over the Brecon Beacons.
Nearby there are walks aplenty for the more active from just out of the door of Middle Hanter you have a great array of walks to enjoy all with dramatic views of the surrounding hill and there are many open gardens to explore including Hergest Croft Gardens in nearby Kington. The property is just 13 miles from the popular town of Hay-on-Wye which is famous for its many book shops and annual Hay Festival, which attracts many visitors each year.

Beautiful house and surroundings
We stayed here for my husband's birthday with our 2 kids and dog. The house and the views were beautiful. We loved having just the goats and sheep as neighbours and we loved having the hot tub there. The house was well equppied with everything we needed, just wish we'd been able to stay longer
