Your own piece of countryside yet only minutes away from vibrant lytham. Large country kitchen with butchers block and dining room with refectory style table. Large lounge with a vaulted roof and stained glass windows and large flat screen TV. Six double bedrooms all ensuite with flat screen TV, treat your princess to our master bedroom with its oak four poster princess bed and jacuzzi bath en suite. All bedrooms are en suite.sleeps 12 in comfort .Ground floor bedrooms and ramp (by arrangement)to accommodate wheelchair users and easy access shower. Fletchers Hall

We had a 3-generation family holiday (11 in total) at Fletchers Hall. Superb, quirky building with mixture of old and new. Weather wasn't great so we made good use of pool, hot tub and indoor sports. Large outdoor area was great for footgolf, tennis, cricket and rounders.

Our family group all loved our stay at Fletchers Hall. Due to awful weather for most of our stay, we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was exceptionally clean, and spacious enough for proper swimming as well as for the children to muck about with the inflatables. The beds were comfortable, and the six en-suite bathrooms were particularly welcome after swimming sessions. The games room was well used and when the sun did briefly shine the spacious grounds were appreciated. The house is warm and welcoming, and is probably 4 1/2* but to make this a 5* review the garden furniture would need updating, the dishwasher would need maintenance and better indoor drying facilities - eg a couple more clothes-horses would be useful, plus more kitchen towels (for hands and dishes). Some of the crockery and glasses were a bit dusty, but there is so much that we probably just used some that hadn’t been used for a while. My daughters’ would also have liked to have some digital scales for cooking. Jennifer, however, was an excellent host - unobtrusive but responsive.

What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was spotless, cozy, and full of charm. We especially loved the little touches that made it feel extra special—clearly, a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home.It was perfect for our family weekend. It was just what we needed, and this BnB made it even better. Best Christmas ever at Fletchers hall

We recently stayed at Fletcher's Hall with our entire family for Christmas, 10 in total and a dog! The property itself was stunning. We were met by the host, Jennifer, who made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with little touches like a plate and glass for Santa snacks, which the kids loved.Jennifer had also laid the dining table ready for Christmas day and left gifts under a tree for each of us! There were also bottles of Processco for us which we really appreciated! Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the pool as we had hoped for, as it was too cold, but attempts were made to heat the pool more. There was plenty of activities in the games room and ample space outdoors to keep the kids occupied, including a trampoline!We were able to thoroughly enjoy a memorable Christmas day altogether and will definately be returning during warmer months to fully utilise the pool. Thank you so much Jennifer for everything you did for us, we highly recommend Fletcher's Hall for families.

Great family venue

Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed.

Fantastic Stay

Fletchers Hall is great property .The owners went out of their way the make a great stay with everything well organised. The hall itself is special, dripping with history while having everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is so much to do with the games room, swimming pool and jacuzzi all well used so the rain did not bother us and the TV was never used (nice change). The Location is great easily accessible with plenty to do in close proximity. Many thanks for a great stay, hopefully we will be back soon.

Brilliant property with excellent amenities. The pool was great with the house itself having everything you could need. Amazing week at Fletchers Hall

We have just returned from an amazing week away at Fletchers hall with 8 of us ranging from 6 to 66. The house and grounds are immaculate and everything you can possibly think of is there.The biggest hits were the pool, hot tub, games room and fire pit area.We really have created family memories that will stay with us a lifetime. There is so much space to play games such as cricket, football, archery, tennis and football golf. The kids also burnt energy on the trampoline. Jennifer was very helpful and let us in early which was appreciated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect with Blackpool and Lytham St Annes very close. There is also a good bus service if you don’t want the stress of parking.We would love to come back as this is our new favourite place to have a holiday and spend time with family.

Family Treat

Fletchers Hall was everything we wanted and more Property was fantastic for my family’s needs , the pool (absolutely beautiful heated and a perfect size we had great fun in it) the hot tub and the grounds also made the holiday 
 the lounge was massive but lovely to sit in all together.. weather wasn’t great so it was perfect to be able to play cards and all chat together.. ideal for all our ages.. 4-61 .. something for everyone.. Our host Jennifer was fantastic and even unloaded my overboard shopping when it arrived before us .. it was easy find , we had trips out to Lytham, which was buzzing .. Blackpool for the Pleasure Beach and the experience all within easy reach it was only 4 days so really we made use of all the facilities at hand 
all in all I would definitely go back it would be so cosy in the winter also .. thank you Fletchers Hall ..

A fabulous Christmas at Fletchers Hall

We have just spent an amazing Christmas as a family of 12 at Fletchers Hall and it exceeded all of our expectations. Right from the point of booking Jennifer was an exceptional host, in regular communication and offered numerous local tips and ideas. I honestly haven’t had such a good level of contact before. The special touches that were added to make our Christmas perfect were amazing and made our stay really special. The house is absolutely beautiful and there really is everything that you could possibly need. We were a party of 8 adults, 3 children, one teenager and 2 dogs. Everyone was catered for and the space and bedroom configuration was ideal. The lounge alone was just spectacular. A great space for the whole family even with wrapping paper flying everywhere on Christmas morning 😊 The kids (big and small) loved the games room and swimming pool which was heated to a really good temperature so that we could enjoy it in the middle of winter. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Overall Jennifer and her husband went over and above to make our family Christmas special and it was certainly that. I cannot recommend Fletchers Hall highly enough.

Something for Everyone

Just spent a fun weekend at Fletchers Hall with family and friends. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room were a great hit with all generations!A very well equipped kitchen was waiting for those who wanted to dine in and soak up the relaxing atmosphere. There are lots of places to explore in the local area without having to travel too far. Jennifer was a caring host and added extra special touches for our stay, Bubbles and balloons for a Birthday and a 'spooktacular' halloween hut with fire pit and marshmallows for the younger ones. A great weekend and would recommend staying at Fletchers Hall. Thank you Jennifer.

Impressive place.

Spent a weekend at Fletchers Hall, a lovely place, owner made a very nice effort to decorate (cards, banners, flowers and bubbly) the place for our celebrations. Over all very clean. Pool and hot tube excellent, although the pool water temperature on the Saturday was to cold to use, which was disappointing ,the owner did manage to get the temperature up by Sunday. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Excellent house close to Lytham and the sea

Very nice house, it is a lot better than the photos, large area outside, fields and tennis. Children loved the pool and the games room. Hot tub was great too.

40th birthday celebration

Just spent a fabulous weekend at Fletchers hall with family celebrating our daughters 40th birthday. It truly is a special place with amazing facilities for both adults and children, made extra special with personal touches added by the host of decorations, flowers and fizz to add to our celebration. Fantastic weekend with friends

Fletcher's hall was great for our weekend away. 11 of us had plenty of space to socialise together. The house had everything we needed and the pool was amazing, we were in it for hours every day even in October! Jennifer was super helpful and let us know what was on in the local area. The location is lovely and so close to the gorgeous st Anne's. Blackpool was only 20 mins away by car so a great place to use for visiting there too.

Surprise 30th Birthday

We was all amazed by Fletchers Hall! Jennifer was in contact with us to make sure we was OK. The house has everything you need and more! towels provided, kitchen essentials also..... so no need to pack washing up liquid tea towels etc. I could go on and on about our fabulous stay! Jennifer recommended Tasteful Catering for buffets etc they came to the house and prepare a 3 course meal for 12 it was delicious we highly recommend Joanne basically fed us for the weekend we lived and ate like Kings and Queens! Adults and children worn out from the activities.

Stay in Preston Nth West England

Jennifer - our host was super friendly and communicative through our whole booking. Including checking if house was ok after we arrived. Overall the house was lovely. The living areas are fantastic, highlighted by the original architectural features.Perfect area for the four couples. Although there are six bedrooms - all bedrooms have excessive and unnecessary furniture which meant crammed space. One bedroom had no cupboard space. Additionally one of the ensuites didn’t have a shower, which meant two couples needed to share a shower. Another was very small. Considering the cost of the house per night little things need to be addressed For example basic essentials in the kitchen and more importantly soap on tap in each bathroom which wasn’t supplied.

Outstanding Property in Stunning Location

A perfect house for a family get together. 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 large dining areas, acres of grounds with tennis court, jacuzzi and covered, heated swimming pool + games room. 11 of us were there for a week and never ran out of things to do! A v quiet location, yet close to nearby activities for those who want to explore the area.
