On arrival staff were very friendly and helpful Toilet in Bathroom was dirty there was a child’s toy and a dog biscuit under the single bed and tea stains on the wall near the bin On the whole the room was nt very well cleaned Breakfast was good

Comfortable hotel close to J30 M6, although a bit of a maze negotiating the M-way junction; plan ahead! Good rooms, firm matress, friendly, helpful staff and good Full English breakfast. Happily stay there again...

The hotel was what I needed for an overnight stay. Perfectly acceptable. One of the worst aspects of staying anywhere these days is the blizzard of annoying requests for feedback that follow it. Please stop. If anything had been wrong during my stay I would have complained.

Bathroom especially clean and sparkling

Still very basic breakfast although now includes tomatoes and, my favourite, hash browns. However, as breakfast included in room costs, one shouldn't be over-critical! Added bonus was staff politely ensuring all diners had finished before switching off and clearing away. Previously staff switched off equipment 10 minutes before closing without any conversation or warning! Reception staff (sorry didn't get his name) friendly, polite and helpful. Bathroom in our room was especially clean.

The room was a decent size and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The cubicle was also a good size. Breakfast had a good selection and was, overall, excellent.

Check in was super easy with lovely staff. Room size was generous as was shower size. Cleanliness was of a high standard throughout room and hotel. Hairdryer in room and toiletries, plenty of towels. Tv and free internet. Ate in room due to having busy day and staff were happy to supply cutlery which was kind considering they have their own restaurant. Breakfast was amazing ! Choice and quality was above expectations in fact I have paid more for breakfast in places than what I actually paid for room and breakfast! Restaurant was clean and staff cleared tables and refreshed food quickly. Checking out was again easy and I was asked if I enjoyed my stay and if there were any problems. Would stay here again and happy to recommend. Room 203

Horrendous stay, Aircon heater not working in the room so freezing , worse was being woke up at 1:34am from accessible bathroom alarm blaring out , and phone ringing and someone banging the hell out of the room door!. I was fast asleep, until the alarm went off by itself…. And finally called everyone off… Spent rest of night listing to beeps all night…. Never stay here again

Overall good stay

Service could've improve little better, i mean no matter any number of guest take rooms, i dont underground logic of putting 1 tea bag and 3 coffee sachet and 2 milk. Not bothered to ring reception as i rang mutiple times to get support to connect wifi. Understand they might be busy. Otherwise i am happy with the stay.
