Contemporary beach house located only 100m to stunning Killcare Beach and Putty Beach,bordering Bouddi National Park. This tastefully decorated holiday home offers 4 bedrooms and multiple sitting areas to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquil lush garden setting. There is a covered veranda off the kitchen and dining room which allows you to enjoy the space in all weather conditions. The home is set over 2 levels accommodating 8 guests. Ground level offers a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area with all your catering needs including a Nespresso Coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level all with ceiling fans and 2 of the bedrooms have a balcony opening out onto the private rear garden. Main bathroom offers a shower, toilet and bathtub. The lounge room is light and airy with large picturesque windows. You will find the 4th bedroom which is the Master and Parents Retreat on the upper level with a large viewing deck. There is an ensuite , Smart TV, chaise lounge to enjoy a quiet space to read or enjoy the Vista from your private balcony taking in the ocean views.

This beautifully presented property will deliver all your Coastal Holiday needs and provides an idealic setting for your family and friends to exprience a true Coastal Holiday Escape. Enjoy a game of bowls on the bowls court or settle in for an eveing under the stars around the firepit toasting marshmellows.

Picturesque and peaceful, Killcare and Hardy`s Bay offer an idyllic lifestyle. Magnificent beaches and bushland at your disposal. Putty Beach is a favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach is a must while holidaying on the Peninsula. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.

Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and features an art gallery, general store, hair salon, and boutique shops. When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardy`s Bay offers fine dining located inside Bells at Killcare or relaxed beachside eateries such as The Fat Goose and Hardys Bay Bistro. Located 90 minutes from Sydney CBD.
