The Greenwell was clean. The staff were all helpful and kind. Having the pool and hot tub open 24/7 was excellent.

The hotel is clearly older, but it is clean. The room was quite large, and we loved the wardrobe that had been converted to an entertainment center.

I love it when I come across a motel that's clean and comfortable and quiet and well-appointed AND affordable, and that's not part of some national chain. I found all of that at the Greenwell Inn. Okay, the furniture may be a little worn in spots, but at least the original furnishings were quality, and it's been maintained pretty well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and welcoming. I liked that it's not one of those big-box motels. It's spread out, ranch-style, and it has a measure of character. I didn't get in the pool, but it's very impressive. It's clear that the Greenwell is not just another motel, but a gathering place. It would be great for a convention, for instance. At the same time, it still has a bit of that old-style motel charm. For a very pleasant and affordable stay, I give it a ten.

On the website the rooms looked really nice,but once there to check in, there were different areas away from the main hotel that we were put in,it was inconvenient to use or access any of the amenities in the main hotel due to having to walk a distance from where our room was located. I would have been more upset if i had actually planned on using the hot tub or pool due to access. The beds were comfortable, but where we were put was in an older hotel next to the main hotel.

Rooms could use a little updating and deep cleaning, but the property as a whole is a rare gem. Comfy bed, although the tub took forever to drain. I was standing in water by the time I was done with my shower. The 24 hour pool thing is cool, I wish more hotels would offer such things. All in all, I would rebook this hotel if I came back to the area.

Old, and not taken care of. The bathtub has water under it and it is hard to stand on it. It is not clean. The sheets have hair on them and not just 1, they had wrinkles. Seems like they were not washed.
